Thank you for shopping with Raven Power Prints. We currently ship within the United States only and are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.


📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing times may be slightly extended


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days


💰 Flat Rate Shipping Option

We offer a $15.00 flat rate shipping option at checkout.

  • This rate acts as an estimated shipping cost

  • When your order is packed and prepared for shipment, we will select the most cost-effective shipping method available

Price Adjustments:

  • If the actual shipping cost is less than $15.00, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method

  • If the actual shipping cost is greater than $15.00, a separate invoice will be sent for the remaining balance before shipment is completed

Refunds (if applicable) are typically processed within 3–7 business days after shipment.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Raven Power Prints is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  • Check with your local carrier first

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

📭 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
