❌ No Returns or Refunds (General Policy)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or defective.


📭 Damaged or Defective Items (Refund Eligibility)

A refund or replacement will only be issued if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo proof of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging it arrived in

Without photo proof, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Once your request is submitted:

  • We will review the evidence

  • If approved, you will receive either:

    • A replacement item, or

    • A refund to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process after approval.


🚚 Return Shipping (If Required)

In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned.

  • If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns


📦 Incorrect Shipping Information

Raven Power Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
